    Haiko Cornelissen has extensive experience developing spiritual and community-focused real estate. As director of real estate, he oversaw a large portfolio of Episcopal churches and oversaw dozens of renovations and church development projects. Mr. Cornelissen has led major developments, taught at top institutions, and is Principal at Stewardship Realty.

  • Dan Panitz | Principal

    Dan Panitz, has over 20 years of experience in faith-based real estate projects. As Senior Asset Manager, Mr. Panitz oversaw the development of numerous Episcopal churches, founded Knight Properties, and and is Principal at Stewardship Realty. He specializes in leasing and joint ventures and has contributed to over 1,000,000 square feet of property transactions.

  • Marty Piazzola | Principal

    Marty Piazzola, has over 30 years of experience in real estate development. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Avalon Bay Communities, overseeing projects in NYC and Long Island. Marty specializes in large-scale residential developments, has extensive expertise in property acquisition, design, and development, and is Principal at Stewardship Realty.

    David Cherry, brings extensive expertise in community development and leadership to help faith communities maximize their property assets. He also founded the All Stars Project of Chicago, addressing issues like poverty and social justice for inner-city youth, and serves as President of the Leaders Network, advocating for civil rights and social justice.

    Nathaniel H. Christian II, has extensive expertise in real estate, board leadership, and Wall Street. He served for nine years on Board of Trustees of the Presbytery of New York City and has chaired various other boards and committees, focusing on community development, finance, and affordable housing.

    Charles Graves III is a devout Episcopalian and seasoned urban planner, bringing decades of expertise in community development and public service to his role as Senior Advisor at Stewardship Realty. His career spans leadership positions as Director of Planning and Development in major cities such as Baltimore, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Cincinnati, Ohio, where he has been instrumental in driving urban growth and revitalization.

  • Elizabeth Grossman | Executive Assistant

    Elizabeth Grossman brings a diverse skill set from her background in law and business operations. Prior to joining Stewardship Realty, Elizabeth was the Chief Operating Officer for a boutique construction firm. She also applied her legal expertise to draft contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Rev. Dr. Marcus Lashley | Senior Advisor

    Rev. Dr. Marcus Lashley is an Anglican Priest and Clinical and Counselling Psychologist. A Fulbright Scholar, he trained at Harlem Hospital and Columbia Support Services. He is a Senior Advisor at Stewardship Realty, where he focuses on churches in the Caribbean, using his expertise in psychology, mediation, and pastoral care to support responsible church-led real estate development.

    Donald Maxwell has over two decades of experience in business development, asset management, and strategic planning. He led national investments at Fannie Mae and expanded minority lending in the mortgage industry. A former professional football player, Donald remains actively involved with the NFL Alumni Association and currently serves as Senior Advisor at Stewardship Realty.
