Mr. Charles Graves III is a devout Episcopalian and seasoned urban planner, bringing decades of expertise in community development and public service to his role as Senior Advisor at Stewardship Realty. His career spans leadership positions as Director of Planning and Development in major cities such as Baltimore, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Cincinnati, Ohio, where he has been instrumental in driving urban growth and revitalization.

In addition to his extensive government experience, Mr. Graves has taught urban planning studies as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University. His deep commitment to his faith is evident in his active leadership within the religious community. As a member of the vestry at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Delray Beach, Florida, Mr. Graves contributes to the governance and spiritual leadership of the church, guiding its mission and development.
