Rev. Dr. Marcus Lashley

Rev. Dr. Marcus Lashley is an Anglican Priest and Clinical and Counselling Psychologist. A Fulbright Scholar, he trained at Harlem Hospital and Columbia Support Services. He is a Senior Advisor at Stewardship Realty, where he focuses on churches in the Caribbean, using his expertise in psychology, mediation, and pastoral care to support responsible church-led real estate development.

He specializes in Pre- and Post-Marital Therapy and Personal Injury evaluation, particularly brain trauma. A former interim president of the Barbados Association of Psychologists, he also chaired its Ethics Committee and the National Mental Health Commission. As a consultant, he has advised various national and regional organizations. Previously a UWI Psychology lecturer, he now teaches Pastoral Care and Counselling. Pastorally, he has served across the Diocese of Barbados and was the President of the Diocesan Commission on Justice, Advocacy, and Social Responsibility. In his spare time, he enjoys winemaking, Sci-Fi, ceramics, woodworking, and inventing.
